Abstract

Adelaide Brighton Cement have entered into an agreement with the Shahin group's Peregrine company (marketed as "On the Run") to convert a Peterhead park into a service station. Adelaide Brighton Cement originally promised the park was for community use.

A number of people have put in responses opposing the development application.
Our response argues that the service station will add to the very pollutants local and state authorities have been atttempting to reduce, and that the application contains insufficient information to allow a decision to be made by the Port Adelaide Enfield Development Assessment Panel.
